"Hi Kati! Now that we are back from our honeymoon and somewhat settled, we just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful job you did at our reception. The food was amazing...everyone talked about how it was the best wedding food they ever had. We even had enough left over to snack on the next day. The key-lime curd filled cake was absolutely delicious as well; not your typical wedding cake! Your staff was extremely professional, courteous and added to the fun. Everything was handled so well that I had to worry about nothing! That rain storm sure did add to the excitement, didn't it? Anyway, thank you so much for helping to make our dream wedding a reality!"
