"Hi Katie Shea, Now that the dust has settled and we are back to our lives (missing St John!) I wanted to take a moment to let you know what a fabulous job you and your staff did for our welcome party as well as our wedding. We couldn't have asked for better service and the food was amazing. All of our guests had very positive things to say about Katilady! To say that you all were "on point" would be an understatement. Being in the service industry myself, I tend to be a critical judge of other's service, but you definitely exceeded our expectations and for that I want to thank you. If ever in need of a reference, we would be very happy to offer one! Hope you are well and aren't dealing with too many "bridezillas!" Thank you again. P.S. Almost forgot to mention the cake...that cake was the best cake we have EVER had in our entire lives! Tell the pasty chef that he/she is doing something right!"
